All tour bookings are subject to availability. By completing a reservation, you agree to arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time. Barley Bus Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older for brewery, winery, distillery, and party bus tours. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Sightseeing, food, ghost, and holiday lights tours are open to all ages unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future date, subject to availability. No-shows are non-refundable. Booking Protection, when purchased, allows free cancellation at any time.
Private event bookings require a deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Custom routes and itineraries are subject to availability and may vary based on partner venue hours. Damage to the vehicle caused by guests may result in additional charges.
Guests are expected to treat tour guides, drivers, venue staff, and fellow guests with respect. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited on all Barley Bus vehicles. Glass containers are not permitted on the bus. Barley Bus Tours reserves the right to end a tour early and remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves or others.
Participation in Barley Bus tours involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with alcohol consumption and agree to drink responsibly. Barley Bus Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a guest's actions during or after a tour.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire. They are redeemable for any Barley Bus tour or private event. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
All content on barleybus.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Barley Bus Tours LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Barley Bus Tours LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific tour or service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
