How close do you drop off to the stadium?

We drop you off as close as traffic and stadium policies allow — typically within a short walk of the gates. We know the best spots at Arrowhead, Kauffman, and Children's Mercy Park.

Do you wait during the game?

We coordinate pickup times based on the game schedule. You won't be stranded — your bus will be there when the final whistle blows (or shortly after).

Can we tailgate on the bus?

That's the whole idea! BYOB, crank the Bluetooth speakers, and get hyped on the way to the game. Our buses are a rolling tailgate.

What if the game goes to overtime?

No worries — we stay flexible. Your driver will adjust timing as needed. No extra charge for reasonable delays.

How many people fit on the bus?

14-passenger and 20-passenger buses available. For bigger groups, we coordinate multiple buses so your whole crew rides together.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before game day. Rain or shine, we roll — but if the game is cancelled, we'll reschedule at no charge.
